NEWCHIC REVIEW!

Hello everyone,

For those of you who remember, last month I did a Newchic Wishlist post that was really fun for me because I was able to browse through the whole site and come up with a whole look. One that was different from what you would wear everyday and a true show stopper.

Recently I received my Newchic items in the mail, which I got to pick out myself and I knew I had to do a review post and show you exactly what I got. Are you READY? 3,2,1...

1. Halter Mini Dress (LINK here)

This gorgeous black dress was my first pick and with hand on my heart I can say it's sunning and I love it. I have to admit, I didn't expect it to fit so well and to be this well made because it only cost $6.74. But that thought was shut down right away when I tried it on.
Also, I'm really glad I hit the size right in the target! Because Newchic is a Chinese website and the sizes run smaller, a little tip for you is to measure yourself first and than select the appropriate size (I'm so happy I did just that and everything fit me like a glove.)
I got this dress for hot summer dance nights because I can dress it up with heels and lots of jewelry and I'm ready to hit the dance floor! But you know what? With some cute sandals and a crossbody bag, I can hit the mall in the afternoon and later when the clock hits 12, I can quickly transform it into a night owl :)
I particularly love how sexy it is with the lace on top giving it a feminine touch. And of course, the loose fit and the light fabric are a big plus, which is why if I had to rate this dress, six being the highest, I honestly would give it a six. It's black, it's pretty and it's so me!

2. Sleeveless Split Cross Bandage Dress (LINK here

Now this Newchic sexy little number is one that I felt in love with right away.
When I say little, it's literally very little because the opening in the front was too high, to a point where my underwear could be seen. So what I did is sew it together in hopes that when wearing it in public, I'll be able to walk in it without exposing. Well, that didn't turn out how I planned, which makes me come to the conclusion that instead of wearing it by itself, next time I'll wear it with leggings or jeans underneath. I think it'll be really cute as a top and a great alternative.
This just shows that if you love a particular piece so much, you can make it work by adjusting it to your likes and coming up with a new way to wear it, one that works for you.
I really like that this dress hugs the body right and the front stitching is very unique and unlike anything else I own, so of course I had to have it. I would give it a four out of six, only because I won't be able to wear it without shorts or leggings underneath.

3. Chiffon Lace Mini Dress (LINK here)

Like the previous dress, this one might be also a little too short for you, if you are 5'7" like me. Thinking of making it work for my height, as you can see in the bottom photos, I chose to wear it as a top with denim shorts underneath, which is another wonderful option. I think both ways it looks fantastic!
Similar to the first dress, I was attracted to the flower lace print on the chest and I absolutely love this dress in black. It's available in white as well. No matter what color you pick, I think you'll love it. Also, the lace hemline is just perfect, it transforms the dress into a feminine, delicate beauty, which is exactly what I was looking for.
I love this dress! I highly recommend it if you're looking for a piece that's well made with lace details, affordable and if you're planning to get a lot of wear from it.

4. Horse Sleeveless Top (LINK here)

Now that I've stocked up on my dress collection, I needed a tank top to balance it all out :)
Once I saw the wild horse print on the front, there was no question. Not only do I love horses, but many of you know that they symbolize strength, grace, freedom and wildness. Really, it was no brainer!
This would be the ideal pick for those days when I don't want to dress up. Sometimes, casual days are the best ones! Don't you agree? I can pair it up with jeans or denim shorts and be out the door in no time, still looking put together and wild and free like the horse. hahaha

5. Crystal Clear Chain Anklet (LINK here)

Not only does Newchic offer clothing, but also shoes, bags, beauty products and of course my favorite, jewelry. I must have been browsing for hours through all the jewelry they had and as hard as it was, I finally picked up two pieces. One is this pretty three rows sliver chain anklet that I know I'll be wearing all spring/summer long. I used to own anklets way back when they became popular and now I'm really excited to return to "my anklet wearing days." They're just really fun and to me they definitely add a touch of sparkle to the legs. Especially when wearing one on tan legs and a cute summer dress on top, is my favorite. I don't know, something about it speaks to me "FABULOUS!"
This one costs only $2.75, which is unbelievable. You can get seven for every day of the week :)

6. Three Piece Gold Necklace (LINK here)

I love this necklace! I'm overjoyed with the quality and with its design.
I was looking for a layered necklace like this one and that's exactly what I got. I love the arrow, the angel wings and the the whole look and feel of it. This necklace will look amazing on anything I wear it with and literally, I can't find a single flaw. It's perfect!

That was my entertaining haul/review of Newchic! Overall I give this shopping site a five out of six. Believe me, the quality is surprisingly great considering the low prices and you can shop a few items at once or even make yourself a whole look from head to toe. Also, the package arrived at my door quicker than I expected (2 weeks), which made me super happy. I personally recommend it. Check it out and let me know what you think. When shopping at Newchic, I've got for you 20% discount for everything when using the code"blog20off" at checkout. Just a reminder, this coupon and the gift card cannot be used at the same time. Have fun picking your new spring/summer pieces!!! Even tweet me photos of your purchases @FashionRadi. I would love for us to interact and connect!
