I bet it does, but what I'm more curious to know is which song of hers is your favorite? So many amazing hits to choose from, but if you want to know mine, they are "Something in the Way you Move" and "On My Mind".
One amazing artist with an incredible voice and may I add, awesome dance moves, that I was lucky enough to see live in concert at the beginning of last month. This of course inspired me to re-create one of her many looks that she sported that night. Every outfit Ellie Goulding wore was truly stunning and I really wish that I could re-create all of them, but as we all know that would be difficult to do since all looks are especially designed for the artist, making them unique and out of the ordinary. So I stopped upon this all black rocker, but feminine look of hers that I really hope you enjoy, especially seeing me for the first time in an all black ensemble. That rarely happens, since I'm all about the vibrant colors, so I hope you like it and let me know what you think of it.
As you can see Ellie's outfit consists of a long sleeves turtle neck top with high-waist leather shorts, a cool looking belt around the waist and biker boots for a powerful finish. I was able to come up with a look similar to hers, but instead of wearing a turtle neck top, I wore a black top with a leopard print scarf around my neck. Also, instead of leather shorts, I wore my beloved black high-waist shorts that I had in my closet. I added a more simple belt and, violaaa, the look came to live.
Do you love it? I do, because it was really fun for me to re-create a look that I wouldn't otherwise have worn, but thanks to Ellie Goulding I feel like I can bust out a move and hit the high notes with her (okay, maybe not about the singing, but breaking a move or two, I'm all up for it!)
