Let the countdown to the New 2017 Year begin!
I know we're all preparing for the holidays by rushing around trying to get everything done, such as shopping for presents, thinking of meals to cook, hosting parties, decorating the house and most importantly, trying to decide what to wear along the way that will fit each occasion perfectly. To save you the worry, I've prepared two New Years Eve looks, different, but both glamorous and ideal for that one memorable night.
As someone who looks forward to clean new beginnings, I'm excited to welcome the new year in style, and of course, in high spirits, because you and I both know that with the new year come new adventures, experiences, travels and acquaintances. What are you most excited for 2017?
It's time! Let the party begin 🎉 10,9,8,7,6,5....
LOOK 1: PARTY VELVET CENTRAL
Pour yourself a glass of champagne, turn the music loud, and head toward the dance floor because that's exactly where this look belongs. If a setting like that doesn't exist around you, you can totally create it, just like I have in previous years, when my sister and I would make our own new year's dance parties. Our go-to artist for a great time and my personal favorite is always Pitbull! 👌
Anything lace has always had a special place in my heart, and me and faux fur have been inseparable this season, so I decided, why not put them together and add a touch of velvet to the mix? What do you think? Is this look something you would wear on New Year's Eve?
I LOVE IT! The velvet, lace, faux fur, choker and golden heels are meant to be like sparklers on New Year's Eve. (Woahh that rhymed! Must be the champagne.)😉
LOOK 2: FESTIVE SPARKLY DREAM
One of my favorite things about welcoming the New Year is getting dressed in my newest, fanciest pieces of clothing. A New Year with sparkle, and in this case, fringe, is all one dreams about.
All around dresses are most common for a New Year's Eve party, which is why this second look features my ideal dress for this occasion. I really like the fringe hem that's ready to move to the beat of the music and have the time of its life. To keep warm while getting to your party destination, throw on your faux fur coat, slip on your high heels and you're in for a fun, fashionable celebration. As you can see I used the same gold pumps for both looks because golden shoes attract a golden year, right? Plus, I love anything and everything gold, including accessories and clothing.
There you have it! Which look do you like the most and which one should I wear? For more NYE inspiration, you can have a look at last year's NYE post: HERE! Have fun and see you next year (just kidding, next week).
I would love to see what you'll be wearing on the eve of 2017, so if you would like, hit me up on Instagram or Twitter. Also, head over to my Instagram because I'm announcing the winner of the Giveaway later today. Bye, for now!
Love, Radi
